As President & CEO of FANUC FA America Corporation, Tom led operations for North, Central, and South America, including the acquisition of the America’s CNC segment of the GE Fanuc joint venture business – where Tom successfully built the $200M post-acquisition enterprise, reducing operating costs by $6M, replacing the IT infrastructure with an industryleading ERP system, and reducing employee turnover rate from over 13% to less than 3%.
