Eva Blechova

Eva is a facilitator and a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Since 2005, she has worked with business leaders in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, focusing on leadership and creativity. Eva has a PhD in Dramatic Arts, an MA in Business and a BA in Psychology. Prior to her involvement in executive education, Eva worked in a variety of business roles—as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., she dealt with such issues as corporate strategy, change management and innovation. She has also had the opportunity to lead large teams in her role of Chef de Cabinet at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic. In parallel to her business career, Eva pursues her interest in theatre and arts. She is the author of several award-winning radio documentaries and plays for the Czech Public Radio. Eva shares her time between Prague and London. She is fluent and coaches in Czech, English and French.
