As the former president of Timberlake Productions, he developed and wrote over ten screenplays, including Under the Covers, and served as assistant to the director on the Hollywood feature The Basketball Diaries (starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Wahlberg).
With roots in theater and two decades in leadership development, Dov helps leaders shift from transactional communication to transformational influence – using story, presence, and precision.
