Kickoff
The full cohort comes together to understand the purpose of the journey, hear the sponsor story, and align on expectations. Participants connect, complete early assessments, and get grounded in what the coming months will look like.

Integration
Participants stay engaged between sessions through playbooks, newsletters, community calls, and Slack channels. These touchpoints help them apply ideas to real situations and stay connected as a learning community.

Coaching circles
Small groups of 8–10 meet with an expert coach to discuss real challenges and practise new approaches. Circles offer a safe space for honest conversation, feedback, and consistent development using tools like the Practice Portal and FLIP.

Experiential labs
Groups of 15–20 take part in immersive sessions that use role-play, experimentation, and guided practice. Participants rehearse high-stakes scenarios and see their habits in real time with support from peers and facilitators.

Capstone
The cohort reunites to reflect on progress, share stories, and celebrate wins. Participants commit to next steps and join an alumni network designed to support continued growth beyond the program.
