He teaches courses in Leadership and Self Deception, Authentic Leader, Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders, Integral Change and Spiral Dynamics, and Building Business Acumen.
Prior to becoming a coach, Dan was Vice President of Operations at Sterling Consulting Group (Global Energy). He managed the Industrial Engineering group for a 3,000-person Division of R. R. Donnelley (Printing and Media Replication) and later, new job information systems development for a group of Divisions.
