Tom De Weerdt

Tom De Weerdt is a global finance leader with extensive public company and private equity experience across a broad range of finance, operational, and strategic roles with a passion for talent development.

Tom is currently is EVP and CFO of PCI Pharma Services, a ~$1B Global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Previously, Tom was EVP and CFO of the $4B, global, private equity-held, Mauser Packaging Solutions, where he led the Finance and IT organizations (300+ people in 20 countries). Through a series of acquisitions, the company more than doubled revenue and nearly tripled adjusted EBITDA in just 18 months. Tom initiated the standardization and automation of finance processes and (SOX) controls and led a complete overhaul of the entire IT organizational set up, IT infrastructure, and security processes. During his first 12 months, Tom upgraded his leadership team and started the implementation of best practice talent management and succession planning processes. He also managed relations with PE owners, investors, debt analysts, Board of Directors, rating agencies, and investment banks.
