Tracy is the Senior Vice President of Learning. She joined Ariel in the fall of 2019 and leads the Learning team as well as the Client Success Managers team. These two groups are key in designing, developing and implementing solutions to diverse organizations. She is also the point person for the facilitator group that delivers solutions across the globe.
With instructional design certification, Tracy has created and delivered professional and leadership development programs within a variety of organizations across her career. She enjoys facilitation in-person and virtually with diverse audiences and has extensive experience partnering with learning consultants including Ariel.
Tracy’s business background is focused in talent management functions across a variety of industries and organizations including Oxford Health Plans, Pitney Bowes, EMD Serono, Merck KGaA, Liberty Mutual and Nova Biomedical. She worked in Germany for almost three years with Merck KGaA. She has significant global experience and loves working across borders and cultures to practice her Spanish, Italian and German.
Outside of work, she enjoys a wide variety of activities with family and friends including running, tennis, skiing, boating, music (violin and voice), traveling and playing games. She has two very high energy kids, 12 and 14, that keep her active and young.
Tracy received her B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson and her M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of New Haven.
