Peter’s previous positions include Corporate Training Manager at Stride Rite, Director of Management Development at Critical Care America, and Director of Training & Development at Chartwell Home Therapies. While working at Chartwell, he built a comprehensive training university for a national health care organization.

An active presenter at Association for Talent Development conferences, Peter has trained many corporate educators in instructional design and facilitation skills. At Bentley College, Peter has taught courses on interpersonal skills to business students. Combining his passions for teaching and outdoor sports, he is a former soccer coach, track coach, and nationally-certified ski instructor.
Peter received his B.A. in English from Colorado College and his M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
