With a background spanning people development, leadership, mindfulness, and organizational well-being, Mana designs and delivers programs that support leaders and organizations in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, presence, and human connection.
Mana is also a pioneer of Gong Meditation® in Japan, having guided nearly 3,000 people through meditation experiences and contributed to a wide range of mindfulness and wellness initiatives. Her work includes leadership and management development, executive programs, corporate well-being and self-awareness initiatives, and brand initiation programs for luxury brands.
Currently, as Managing Director of TACK & TMI JAPAN, Mana works with leading Japanese and global organizations, startups, executives, and business leaders across industries. She brings together business leadership and people development to help individuals and organizations lead with greater awareness, authenticity, and impact.

Business Experience
After graduating from university, Mana has built approximately 20 years of experience in the talent and human capital industry across Japan and Singapore, spanning recruitment, executive search, and expert networks. She subsequently expanded her career into people and organizational development, taking a more holistic approach to supporting the growth and potential of individuals and organizations.
In 2019, she founded Mana & Co., with a vision to support individual and organizational well-being and development.
Since July 2024, she has served as Managing Director of TACK & TMI JAPAN, further advancing her work in people development, organizational development, and leadership.
Theater Experience
During her university years, Mana performed in theater and musical productions, an experience that shaped her interest in human expression, presence, and communication.
