Ellen is the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Sales Coach at Ariel. Her personal and professional dedication to driving performance improvement/transformation through authentic and effective communication landed her at Ariel in 2018.
Her career spans 25+ years as a sales leader and sales professional, partnering with clients and leading her team to maximize their professional and personal effectiveness. Her passion also led her to pursue her certification in Executive Coaching. Ellen has had a well-established career in sales helping to grow organizations such as Mind Gym, Richardson, and Docent (now a SkillSoft company).
Winning the prestigious Account Manager of the Year award (Selling Power) and being named among Top Women of the Year (NAPW), Ellen is proud of her accomplishments and the impact that she has had with clients who often become friends. Dedicated to creating and forging strong partnerships, Ellen is devoted to learning, growing, and contributing wherever possible to help colleagues and clients be their best selves.
Ellen loves spending time with her husband and two grown daughters at the beach or on the golf course in NJ and FL. She earned her MS and MBA from Drexel and is heavily involved in continuing education.
