Who should attend: Leaders, senior executives and consultants who manage a staff, team or group of employees, and whose work needs to both initiate and respond to rapid change.

Improvisation and Leading Change uses improvisational theater techniques to help participants develop increased spontaneity, flexibility, and inspire positive energy around change situations that require an innovative and dynamic approach.

This fun, high-energy program builds the skills of the improviser (literally, “adapting to the unforeseen”) in participants and generates excitement toward change, taking risks and achieving new results.

Improvisation and Leading Change is delivered in a half day and is led by senior Ariel Facilitators who craft a comfortable environment in which to take risks.
