The Ariel Group designed Employee Engagement as a follow-on program to either Leading with Presence or Inspiring with Presence. A one-day experiential workshop, it provides leaders with a highly effective coaching model that they can use to listen effectively, endorse, set clear goals, and provide rigorous and thoughtful feedback.

Employee Engagement focuses on the critical skills leaders need to directly support high-commitment employees. Through the techniques learned in the program, participants are better able to inspire employee engagement, develop committed and fully productive employees, retain high-performing and high-potential individuals, and build relationships that will strengthen organizational connectedness and business outcomes.
