Using our experiential, theater-infused methodology, we develop custom coaching solutions that help leaders reach the highest levels of interpersonal and leadership effectiveness and sustained behavior change through self-reflection, individual feedback and rehearsal.
Our typical coaching engagement takes place from 3 months to 18 months and combines in-person and telephone coaching. We understand that each leader has unique needs, demands, and schedules and work carefully to craft coaching engagements that respond to individual learning style. We currently offer the following types of coaching:
REINFORCEMENT COACHING
Purpose: Follow-up coaching for alumni of past Ariel Group workshops
Our reinforcement coaching allows past workshop participants the opportunity to sustain, reinforce and deepen the lessons learned in the classroom and give them additional time to practice applying the learning to real-life situations.
PRESENTATION AND PRESENCE COACHING
Purpose: Coaching around a specific event.
Presentation and Presence Coaching is designed to help an individual or team prepare for an important meeting, presentation or high-stakes pitch. Coachees learn how to achieve presentation goals, connect with an audience and use stories to create relevance and/or business tie-backs in order to “knock it out of the park.”
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Purpose: Leadership development for teams and individuals
Appropriate for both individuals and teams in transition (e.g. promotion, organizational change) or who need to build skills around collaboration, relationship-building or communication, Ariel Leadership Coaching is designed to help coachees overcome challenges and leverage their individual styles and strengths to get individual results and achieve organizational goals.
