The Ariel Group developed the Personal Presence program to give participants a new set of skills to project a commanding presence and confidence. In this two-day, hands-on program, participants practice communicating messages in concise and compelling ways. They develop skills to manage the subtleties of body language, voice, and facial expressions in order to increase their ability to build relationships with and influence peers, senior managers, and clients.
After this rigorous skill-building, participants will be given the opportunity to apply these new competencies to real-life business scenarios. Whether preparing to deliver speeches or participate in high-level meetings, they learn how to contribute their experience and insights by making themselves heard.
