Ariel Outreach:
The work of Ariel Outreach is to help non-profit organizations whose leaders need to enroll others in their vision for a better future. We do this by facilitating transformative learning experiences using techniques based in the performing arts. Non-profit leaders who work with us build their ability to embody and project authentic and compelling presence in order to develop stronger collaborative relationships within and outside their organizations.
Strong non-profit organizations, whatever their size, are sustained by widespread, deep community involvement. Successful non-profit leaders must engage "funds and friends" in supporting the mission of their organizations.
To that end, Ariel Outreach partners with non-profit organizations, providing training and coaching in our area of expertise: presence, the ability to engage the hearts and minds of others.
Drawing from the core work of The Ariel Group, we tailor training programs for an organization's specific needs. Early stage organizations benefit from our work in helping them increase communication skills to draw in resources: funders, volunteers, board members, advocates, community leaders, etc. We help leaders in more established organizations inspire their internal teams – aligning the passion of their staff with the organization's mission.
