Younger consultants were required to work effectively with senior partners at the firm but had difficulty establishing trust and credibility. They needed to overcome either their shyness or brashness to establish comfortable working relationships with the partners.
Ariel Solution
Using unique theater-based methodology, the Ariel Group custom designed experiential programs that helped junior consultants improve their communication and presentation skills. They were coached to develop their own authentic style and given techniques for increased presence and giving and receiving feedback.
Results
The client reported vastly increased and effective collaboration between junior and senior consultants. Improved client relations and a higher level of junior consultant retention.
