The Ariel Group is an international training and coaching firm based just outside of Boston, MA. We’re comprised of performing artists and business professionals who believe the workplace functions better when people interact generously and communicate well.

Every year our leadership and executive presence training and coaching services reach over 8,000 professionals in more than 30 countries. Using an experiential approach, and drawing on actor training and development practices, our work teaches participants to authentically connect, communicate and build relationships.
