GABRIELLA SALVATORE | VP CLIENT SOLUTIONS

Gabriella Salvatore has been with The Ariel Group since July, 2010.  As a member of The Ariel Group Executive Team she helps craft the strategic direction of the company and serves as a key member of our Client Facing Team, ensuring that learning solutions meet client’s strategic business goals.

Gabriella comes to the Ariel Group with fifteen years of business experience encompassing facilitation, design, client management and leadership. In 2008 she received Training Magazine’s “40 Top Trainers under 40 Award.”  She is a thought leader in the learning industry and has authored numerous articles on learning in professional journals such as Training Magazine and Chief Learning Officer Magazine.

Prior to joining the Ariel Group, Gabriella spent fifteen years in a variety of roles including facilitator, designer, training manager, product executive and then from 2005-2010 Managing Director of Vantage Partners Corporate Education.
Gabriella sits on the Board of BeyondROI, a learning measurement company, and is an active member of The Association of Learning Providers (ISA).  Gabriella lives in Brookline, MA and has one son who is the star of her show.
