FACILITATORS | CAROL LEMPERT

Carol is a communication and leadership specialist and executive coach with over 15 years of experience in the field of Training and Development. Since 2006 she has worked with The Ariel Group with such clients as American Express, Home Depot, HSBC, Booz Allen Hamilton, the Harvard Executive Education Program, and Exelon.

From 2000-2006, Carol worked as Vice President, Learning for e-roleplay. Carol was invited to join the two owners of this innovative learning company to implement their business plan, hire and train staff, create infrastructure, and design learning maps.

Prior to 2000 Carol worked in and developed an understanding of the needs of corporate clients, government, small business and academia. One of her workshops about handling change and transition for the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario Canada, was so popular the first year it was offered that it was brought back a second year for 600 additional participants. She has also conducted sessions using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as a team building tool for Citizenship and Immigration Canada and has expertise as a career counselor.

Carol holds an MFA from York University. She taught Acting and Voice and Speech at York University in Toronto for 2 years after graduation and has lead seminars in Presentations Skills for the Toronto Board of Trade. In addition, Carol is a professional actress in the theatre, television, and commercials. This part of her background gives her an intimate understanding of the importance of performing on the job and working creatively to solve problems and foster innovation.
