- Ron Goldman
Based in Boston, MA, Dr. Ron Goldman is a Senior Consultant at the Ariel Group, a psychologist and a management consultant. Ron has been coaching executives for over 25 years. His special interest is in helping people discover the complex ways they prevent themselves from assuming responsible power and authority. In addition he has long experience helping struggling organizations become dynamic, creative, spirited places to work. He brings a unique combination of years of academic study with long experience working in the business world.
For the Ariel Group, he has conducted leadership development programs for organizations such as Mercer Management, Putnam Investments, General Electric, American Express, and Hildebrandt International. He helps organizations and individuals better fulfill their potential by developing emotional intelligence and greater understanding of group dynamics. Prior to establishing his own business, for many years, Ron held a senior management position at Boston University where he worked in faculty and staff development, recruiting, marketing, and grant writing.
