Nat Warren-White, MA, RDT is a Senior Consultant and Coach at The Ariel Group where he has designed and led programs in areas such as leadership, presence, team-building and coaching for corporate and not-for-profit clients around the world. Nat’s background includes over 20 years experience as a management consultant, actor, teacher, director, and executive coach. His clients include C-level executives and leaders from Deloitte, KPMG, Norsk Hydro, Société Générale, General Electric, Capital One, the NGO OceansWatch and the Executive Education Programs at Columbia, Harvard and Northwestern Universities.
As one of the most senior and experienced Ariel coaches Nat has been invited to work with top executives in the United States, Europe and Asia. His coaching approach draws on his early training in theater as an actor, director and teacher. He has taught at the university level since the early 70′s working with graduate and undergraduate students in arts-based and conservatory programs, including the Boston and New England Conservatories, Emerson College, the College of the Atlantic, Lesley University and the Babson MBA Creativity Stream.
Nat specializes in leadership, inter-personal, and presentation-based coaching. He encourages clients to take responsibility for their own development process and believes strongly in a 360 degree feedback approach. He feels the ultimate satisfaction comes from going deep quickly, and following-up with disciplined practice that ultimately creates lasting change.
