Boston, MA, based Joel Gluck is a senior consultant, facilitator, designer and coach with the Ariel Group since 1995.

For more than 15 years Joel has coached clients on four continents non-profits and major multi-nationals. He has trained and coached leaders at the executive education programs of Harvard Business School, Columbia, the Kellogg School of Management and Duke University. As a consultant, he specializes in leadership, focusing on behavioral change, relationship building, teamwork, influence across functions/boundaries, executive presence, and inspiring organizational change.
