Harvey Greenberg

Based in Boston, MA, Harvey Greenberg is an innovative, thoughtful and experienced executive coach, business leader, and consultant committed to creating effective workplaces. His more than 20 years of operations experience in technology and manufacturing senior management, coupled with 15 years in training and development, organization development, employee relations, and senior human resources management, has equipped him with a pragmatic, realistic approach to solving business problems from the human and organizational perspectives.

Harvey has coached mid-level through C-level executives in health care, manufacturing, non-profit, and consumer goods sectors. His coaching philosophy has adhered to four principles:

  • Coaching is about results. The coaching process, while offering learning and developmental opportunities for the executive, is focused on the executive in his or her role and their successful performance in delivering results.
  • Coaching takes a systems perspective. Every executive works within a system, and while their role is to impact that system, each executive is in turn personally impacted by that system.
  • Coaching is a partnership; the executive, the coach, often the executive’s manager and a human resources manager partner together to ensure a successful coaching process.
  • The foundation of the coaching process is developing a trusting relationship between the coach and the executive; the coach must maintain the highest level of integrity and agreed upon confidentiality throughout the process.
