EXECUTIVE COACH | JENN PINA

Jenn has worn many hats with the Ariel Group. She currently serves as facilitator, executive coach, internal consultant, and resource for facilitator development. Jenn coaches and facilitates programs in leadership and executive presence for clients including Harvard Business School, Bain Capital, Citi and the Social Innovation Forum.

She has designed and led workshops to build leadership presence, communication, conflict resolution and team-building skills. She has a strong commitment to outreach, and has designed and delivered programs empowering educators to use theater to support classroom curricula. Jenn served two years as the on the Leadership Team of the Ariel Group as Director of Training and Development and Director of Coaching where she was responsible for the recruitment, selection and development of the team of global facilitators and executive coaches at The Ariel Group.

As an actress and director, Jenn is passionate about creating new work and has premiered numerous plays around the United States.

Jenn studied at the Experimental Theatre Wing in New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics. Jenn is a member of Actors’ Equity Association. She lives in Hull, MA with her husband and their three kids.
