Based in Hamburg, Germany, Anja Struchholz is a Senior Consultant and coach with The Ariel group. Anja has trained and coached business professionals from various industries in the US and Europe over the past 15 years. Her passion and expertise is in working with senior executives and consultants on their leadership presence, communications excellence and executive development.

Originally trained as a performer as well as an educator, Anja brings to her business coaching work a unique blend of theoretical background and practical tools for personal and professional development. Based on her extensive experience working with top leaders, her approach is rooted in the belief in possibility, sincerity and courage. Her genuine interest is in people and the art of connecting with the minds and hearts of others in any situation. The uniqueness of the individual serves as the authentic reference point for tapping new potential, boost existing talents and expand the repertoire of communication skills and executive versatility.

Anja’s coaching sessions provide a safe space to acknowledge and actively explore the inner and outer dimensions of presence and practice the skills that enable the coachee to master the demands of his/her professional role and communication challenges.

Anja has been a facilitator and coach for The Ariel Group for over 14 years. She is based in Hamburg, Germany, and also works in her private practice as a facilitator and coach for organizations and business professionals.

Anja still performs on the theater stage and teaches acting, voice and movement to performers of all levels.
