Based in Boston, MA, Amy is a highly experienced executive coach and leadership and team development specialist who brings her years of study of human behavior from the world of psychology and the world of theater to executives across many industries. She is the “people skills” coach who specializes in helping her clients develop greater emotional intelligence and an ability to build more honest relationships that allow teams to get more work done.

Amy specializes in helping leaders learn to be better coaches for their people. She helps leaders become people-smart and develop greater flexibility in their leadership style, so they are better managers for all types of people.
