About Us  |  Ariel FAQs

Where is the Leadership Presence assessment that was on the old site and is mentioned in your book?

Alas the technology behind the old Leadership Presence assessment fell by the wayside and unfortunately we couldn't run it off of our new site. We are currently rebuilding the assessment and expect it to be back up in the next month or so.  In the meantime there is a paper assessment you can download here. It isn't as fancy but it should be able to give you an idea of where your strengths and challenges areas are.

Where is your schedule of workshops?

We don't generally do public open enrollment programs. We deliver custom learning experiences on-site for organizations. Please call us to discuss.

Where are you located?

Most of our staff and Leadership Team work at our Lexington, Massachusetts offices (about 30 minutes outside of Boston). You can find directions here.

Our facilitators are based throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Do you do private coaching for individuals?

Yes! Please call or email for more information.

Do you do teambuilding?

We can do teambuilding as part of a custom solution. Please call us to discuss.

How do I become a facilitator?

We take extraordinary care in the selection and training of our facilitators.

We begin by selecting facilitators who have high emotional intelligence and who have demonstrated skills, abilities and prior experience in three key dimensions: Professional acting, Business and Corporate facilitation. To apply, a potential facilitator must possess skills in all three areas.

Once an application has been accepted, potential facilitators undergo a full year of rigorous training program before they are allowed to deliver a program solo in the classroom. If you think your skills and passion are a good match for Ariel, please see our Careers page for current openings.
